Todd HungerTodd Hunger worked for 4 1/2 years as an Assistant State Attorney in Sarasota prior to going into private practice. Todd was admitted to practice law in Florida State Courts in 1996. As a prosecutor and Criminal Defense Attorney, Todd has handled thousands of cases from Traffic Offenses, DUI, Misdemeanors to serious Felony Offenses. As a prosecutor, Todd spent over two years of his career handling DUI and Misdemeanor Traffic Offenses. For over a year, Todd handled exclusively Domestic Violence cases and has also practiced extensively in Juvenile Court. Todd entered private practice in 2001 practicing exclusively in Criminal Defense.

Todd has taken hundreds of cases to trial and has spent thousands of hours in court handling arraignments, hearings, and motions. He has twice completed courses at the National District Attorney's Associate for trial advocacy and cross examination of expert witnesses. Other seminars attended include courses in DUI & Advanced DUI Trial Advocacy, Juvenile Prosecution, and Domestic Violence. Todd has been a guest speaker at the Sarasota Criminal Justice Academy, lecturing on Domestic Violence Investigation and Witness Preparation. Todd is also a member of the Trial Lawyer and Criminal Defense Sections of the Florida Bar.
